We want to let you know how impressed we have been with the work of your crew. The quality of their work is wonderful, and equally important is the professional way in which they work.
They are consistently on time, they informed us and explained anything that they discovered along the way affecting the house — especially a potentially serious kitchen pipe problem, and they left the garage clean at the end of each day. In addition, they went above and beyond with moving a heavy cabinet in the basement work area.

The men you sent here to work were great. They were careful of my "stuff" , worked hard, seemed to respect one another and thus worked together with some friendly banter. And they left the house cleaner, each day, than it usually is.
I really appreciated their bringing the dry rot problem to my attention, and for being careful not to let my deaf dog escape the confines of the house or yard.

Tuesday morning, May 4th, your representative reviewed with me a seismic upgrade proposal he had prepared for my house. I haven’t reached a decision yet but I would like to write a few words about his presentation.
Frankly, it was one of the best presentations that has ever been made to me personally for something in or about my house or household, and I’ve have been around a long time and have heard a few of them. I will go so far as to say it was the best of all, considering the subject, preparation, and presentation. I had the unmistakable feeling I was dealing with someone who is refined, competent, and honest.
